Be very Careful Playing AllJackpots' Tourney's

Here is a screenshot of the 200K tourney. I placed 107th.... So I thought! Because of a software glitch, it didn't show the 2 in front to make me at 2,107th place! However... for 3 days I sat around think I had placed! Sent my screen shot in to Alljackpots, and all they could say is .... Sorry about your luck and the usual form letters.... Said I my account is not due any bonuses! I told them I was not begging for a free chip, this was their mistake.... NADA, ZIP, NOTHING!

Ok ok, so some of you are probably thinking when you look at the screenshot... there is a dot in front of the 1 ... I swear I thought I had won!

So my advice to everyone ----> Just be careful playing there, if this can happen, how do we know what can happen in the other games???

I don't understand. When you clicked on "where am I" in the software what number did your username sit at? What was the software glitch? Out of curiosity, how many add-ons did you buy? I can tell you that I have had several problems with the tournaments and the software with the various casino groups that have the tournaments. The only group that knew how to resolve anything was Fortunelounge. In every instance they contacted microgaming and it was always resolved quickly. The prize at 107th place is a fair amount of money. I hope that you get credited for this. This seriously bites!

Arghhh, I do hope they fix this that is shows the correct number for players.

But I also want to ask, did you then not check the pages for where am I?
The dot in front of the 1 would have made me go looking there.

I feel sorry for ya, and can understand your frustration, thinking wow I won and then find out it is not so is really not nice at all.

Ok. I went and checked out my tournaments for All Jackpots. I placed 1720th in the 400 free and I had the same exact situation. The software in the front says I placed .720 however I really placed 1720. I would guess that there isnt enough room on their software for the 4th character so it drops the 1. I did a screenshot so you can better see what I found for this tournament . My username is ggirl. Now my situation doesn't mean its the same as yours. Im just sharing what I found for me:-)

Thanks GGIRL for the screen shot! Now you should send yours in to! I think this is B$%#$%& S.! To be quite honest I didn't really pay attention to the dot in front of the number. I was to excited I actually placed! As for the "where am I" button. I never click on that, 'cause I never win, so you can imagine my excitement.

Lol received another email from them this morning here is a couple of lines that made me laugh..........

Here is another couple of lines insinuating I am trying to change the outcome of the tourney! ------ "While we make every effort to make every players experience at our casino as enjoyable as possible, we cannot influence the outcome of any tournament for the benefit of our players or the house."--------



My tournament screen shot plainly states that "Tournament Complete" NOT "Game Complete" ......... Whatever!
